Before you have work done
Homeowners should only hire contractors or handymen who carry liability insurance. If you hire a contractor or handyman who does not have liability insurance, the cost of any accidents will be your responsibility. This would include fire, water, accidental damage, slips, falls or injuries.
Please remember our community has a Homeowner’s Association. The Architectural Committee sets standards for work done to the exterior of our homes. The purpose of the standards are to maintain a quality, cared for, uniform appearance for the community.
The standards below have been written to make it easy to know what can and cannot be done. Please feel free to share these standards with your contractors when you are having work done.
Please submit an Architectural Review Request before beginning work.
The City of Bradenton Building Department requires permits for certain repairs or improvements.
